How matching works
Matching is rules-based and transparent — there is no hidden ranking auction. A job is matched to a business when the trade matches and the business covers the job's postcode area, either through the areas it lists or its base postcode. Verified businesses score slightly higher, and suspended accounts are excluded. Every match records the reason it was created.
